Jibin Mary Poriyath- Nurse Manger in NMC ProVita Adu Dhabi, has 24 years of experience in critical care nursing & proven her skills in various departments like CTVS ICU, CCU & ICU, in GCC including KSA and in India. She joined as RN in NMC ProVita in August 2010, as one of the pioneers of the organization. Then she was nominated as best nurse - Florence Nightingale award for the passionate patient care during nurse’s day in 2016. Then she was promoted as Charge Nurse in September 2016 after 6 years of her employment in PIMC. She was able to bring new innovations in Code Blue team while she was assigned as Code Blue Nursing team lead in AUH. Quality acknowledged and appreciated during quality day for upgrading the project of Code Blue management in PIMC through the Quality improvement project.

Based on her contributions, in 2022 she was promoted as Nurse Manger in NMC ProVita Adu Dhabi. Jibin holds a degree in General Nursing & midwifery from the Kerala Nurses & midwifery council. She worked as BLS Instructor trained from CRSS Abu Dhabi UAE.
