Ruby is a highly experienced nursing professional with over 22 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She has worked in various healthcare settings including ICU, Long Term Care, and Rehabilitation, and has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in her field. Her nursing journey has been diverse.  She has also served as a faculty member at Manila Adventist College from 2004 to 2010, where she has shared her knowledge and experience with aspiring nurses, nurturing the future generation of healthcare providers.

Ruby has been an integral part of ProVita since 2011, playing a vital role in the facility's success and growth. Her experience as a Nurse Manager in various NMC ProVita facilities has honed her leadership skills, demonstrating her ability to guide and inspire her team. She also brings a unique perspective, having previously been involved in commissioning Long Term Care and Rehabilitation facilities. Her leadership skills and in-depth understanding of healthcare operations have been instrumental in driving positive outcomes for both staff and residents. Ruby’s prior experience has allowed her to seamlessly transition into managing our Nursing Specialist services, ensuring the delivery of specialized care to our patients.

Driven by her dedication to personal and professional growth, Ruby is currently completing her Master's in Business Administration (MBA). This advanced degree equips her with the knowledge and skills to navigate the complexities of healthcare management, making significant contributions to our facility's success.
