The first NMC ProVita long term and rehabilitation facility opened in Khalifa City in 2011. It has a 71 in-patient bed capacity. It was designed with the family in mind and a view to increasing quality of life for patients. The majority of rooms are single occupancy and are decorated according to patient preference. The stand alone facility boasts beautiful gardens, and outside play area for children. It is separated into 10 Villas and has an additional two gyms plus therapy treatment rooms. On top of this it onsite ambulance and crew. It is the perfect environment for patients and their families to has 24/7 revive, refresh and recover.
This was ProVita’s first ‘hospital in hospital’ long term and rehabilitation unit. It has a 52 in-patient bed capacity and is spread over 2 floors within NMC Royal Hospital, Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi. It officially opened in 2015 and facilitates NMC ProVita patients who are more likely to need additional acute hospital services, such as ICU or radiology as well as the already existing quality of Life programme by NMC ProVita. A very spacious and modern gym and access to a range of specialist doctors and therapists is available 24/7.
To ensure continuum of care for its patients NMC ProVita opened its first therapy outpatient department in 2016 within NMC Royal Hospital, Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi. The department offer physical medicine rehabilitation as well as physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech & language therapy for both adults and children.
NMC ProVita has been providing Outpatient physiotherapy services within Bareen Hospital since 2019. It is uniquely placed to service the residents of Mohamed Bin Zayed City and surrounding areas.
In 2019, this state of the art facility began offering outpatient physiotherapy services through in NMC Royal Medical Centre in Shahama for both adults and children.
The most recent NMC ProVita addition is the service of outpatient physiotherapy services available at NMC Royal Medical Centre in Karama. Opened in 2019, this service is available for both adults and children.
NMC ProVita’s second stand alone long term and rehabilitation facility opened in Al Foah, Al-Ain in 2013. It also has a 71 in-patient bed capacity and is situated in a very peaceful part of the City which is perfect for patients and their families. The facility also has individually decorated patient rooms and majilas as well as breath taking gardens and outside facilities. Male and Female gyms are also on site as is 24/7 ambulance and crew.

A 29 in patient bed capacity for this ‘hospital in hospital’ long term and rehabilitation unit. Opened in 2017, it is located in the heart of Sharjah in NMC Al Zahra hospital. Spread over two floors, it has a full complement of ProVita doctors, therapists and nurses as well additional acute hospital services.
