Biography

Sardar is a licensed Physiotherapist from India, having graduated in 2011. He has pursued further
qualifications, including a Diploma in Clinical Rehabilitation in 2020, and obtained certifications in
various specialized techniques such as Manual Therapy, Functional Taping, Dry Needling, IASTM
(Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization), and Cupping Therapy.
With 10 years of experience in the field, Sardar has a diverse background in managing a wide range of
cases in physiotherapy. Notably, he played a crucial role in establishing the Physiotherapy Department
at the Indian Red Cross Society Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Center in India. He has worked in
multiple centers across the country, gaining expertise in handling cases related to musculoskeletal,
intensive care unit (ICU), neurological, cardiovascular, and sports rehabilitation.
Currently, Sardar serves as a Senior Physiotherapist at NMC Provita, where he is responsible for
managing patients in post-acute and long-term care. His clinical interests lie in post-acute rehabilitation
following stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and spinal cord injury (SCI). He is also proficient in post-
fracture mobilization, joint replacements, ligament reconstruction, meniscal repair, spinal fixations, and
pain management techniques.
