Vatsala Paramasivan is the Nurse Manager of NMC PIMC Al Ain and has been associated with the ProVita family since September 2016. With over 17 years of nursing experience in various countries such as the UAE, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Australia, and Brunei, she is a highly experienced Registered Nurse who specialized in Critical Care Nursing early in her career.

Vatsala holds a Bachelor in Nursing from Monash University, Australia, and has held diverse healthcare roles that involved leadership, designing and directing patient care systems and services, quality improvement, and implementation of practice. She is currently pursuing post-graduate studies in Healthcare Leadership & Management. In her current role, she oversees nursing operations in NMC PIMC's Al Ain facility, with a strong focus on clinical governance, patient-centered care, safe practices, and international accreditation processes.
